I am a B.com graduate. I graduated 3 years back and have been working in a BPO. My work has no relation with accounting or finance. I do not wish to continue the same job in future as I do not see any future in here . I have no experience in accounting or finance related jobs. Please advice what should i do.
Will it help me get a better job if i do SAP FICO training course ? What difference will it make if i do the course from an ordinary training institute who charge not more than 30K for teaching SAP.

Dear Bcom Graduate,
You should not take any such course as your chances to getting such job might be very slim without any relevant experience. You really should move out and hunt for jobs based on your Bcom degree as your BPO data entry job will only add years to your resume but not add any valuable work experience . Maybe go for Post Graduation as well if you can. A smaller salary at a job where you learn something new is far better than a higher pay package where you are just a high paid data entry operator.
It does not matter to me how much more you are paid currently or not. Your chances to take up SAP FICO course and succeed were more had you had a relevant Finance & Accounts job that utilized stuff that you learnt in graduation. Time is valuable just a money. If you can just spend 2 years in a relevant job you would have better chances anywhere not only in SAP FICO.
